In 1977, Interlate Systems, Inc. was established to provide translators and interpreters to businesses, institutions, and individuals in the Chicagoland area.  The company expanded to also provide labor relations consulting and training as a response to the increasing diversity in the American workplace.  Today, the company has two primary practice areas:
   
            -   Employee Relations Consulting and Training
            -   Translating and Interpreting Services

Our consulting services are designed to aid in productivity, communication, conflict resolution, and labor relations in general.  The result is improved morale, increased loyalty and higher profits.  We believe in engineering a "workplace of honor" in which labor and management hold themselves and each other to mutually acceptable standards of conduct, respect, and day-to-day human interaction.
